WHAT DO I DO?

November 1999: I call OCPD to report that my roommate has taken my computer, my television, my vacuum cleaner and several hundred dollars in cash.
The police officer refuses to file a report as my roommate is on the lease.

April 2000: I call Del City Police on my girlfriend who is intoxicated and throwing my things out into the front yard. She physically assaults me with the police on the scene. I am taken to jail and charged over $1000 in fines.

October 2000: Oklahoma City Municipal Judge signs warrant for my arrest on failure to appear on an illegally served summons to appear in Del City Municipal Court to answer for a $300 fine. OCPD accompanies DCPD into Oklahoma City to make a felony arrest for this misdeamer. I am arrested at gun point at work on 10/30/00.

October 2001: I am arrested by OCPD and taken to jail for trying to stop a terrorist. I am charged with public intoxication and impersonating a Republican.

December 2001: I call OCPD to report that my truck has been broken into and a library book has been stolen out of it in the secured and designated parking lot of The Salvation Army. A report is filed.

December 2001: I file a pauper's affidavit with the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office and file against The Salvation Army in small claims court for $105.

August 2002: Appearing in Oklahoma City Municipal Court to ask for a continuance in paying my fine, I am incarcerated by Municipal Judge William Manger in violation of Oklahoma Statute 22 Chapter 16 Section 983A. because I had the audactiy to ask if my pauper's affidavit would be honored in municipal court. This was talked over among several Oklahoma City Municipal Judges before he took this action.

January 25, 2003: I am brutally attacked across the street from Stage Center. Three police cars, two ambulances, and one fire truck respond. Even though I am in hot pursuit of my assailant, OCPD refuses to help with chase and orders me into ambulance. I am taken to University Hospital where I am told there is nothing the matter with me and am billed $3785.65. This is paid for out of a government slush fund.

January 27, 2003: I visit OCPD detective Mike Cory who does nothing, not even so much as making a phone call, even though I drew him a picture of my assailant, a map of the pursuit, and suggested that I thought that Bobby Dobbs of 1008 SW 13th Street in Moore, Oklahoma might be behind it. This is the same Bobby Dobbs that ran for Moore City Council in 2000.

January 29,2003: I visit OCPD Seargent Mike Cory again. I openly tape record the conversation. He suggests that I should be in a mental institution and on medication. He says that OCPD will help me in any way they can if this is what I want. I tell him that they can help me by apprehending the person that attacked me. He says that this is impossible as OCPD does not have jurisdiction in Moore.

February 2003: I come to Oklahoma City City Hall and talk to Police Cheif M.T. Berry in the lobby as The Council is in session. He assures me that Mike Cory will call me at my message phone. No call comes.

February 2003: I again speak with OCPD Seargent Mike Cory. He determines that a local business made the 911 call concerning me and looks up Bobby Dobbs' criminal record. He refuses to do anything else.

March 25, 2003: I discuss the lawlessness of the Oklahoma City Municioal government with Ward 6 Councilman Ann Simank. She refuses to come to the Oklahoma City Municipal Court with me to see first hand how the citizens are treated.

The Day After ArtFest 2003: I almost cut the throat of an OCPD officer who identified himself as "Seargent Morris" after he tells me to "Got to hell!" and calls me "a son of a bitch" because I did not think that his attempt at gross neglect manslaughter (murder?) was funny after he tried to run over me when no one was looking. I wrote down his license plate number and squad car number. I did not file a complaint as this is done through the OCPD Investigations bureau and this is where Sergeant Mike Cory works.

June 3, 2003: I attend an Oklahoma City City Council meeting to observe the Council in session.

June 6, 2003: I keep an appointment with a federal attorney. I tell her of these incidents and others. I tell her that I have zero confidence in the Municipal Government of Oklahoma City and have begun to think of killing people. She agrees with me that my civil rights have been violated on a number of occassions by the Municipal Government of Oklahoma City but tells me that she does not believe that my case is dramatic enough to guarantee winning in front of a petit jury. She tells me that she gets approximately 100 calls per week and that the Municipal government is full of liars and the sherrif's department is too. She tells me that I certainly do not look homeless and that she hopes that I can find work somewhere. I thank her and leave.

June 6, 2003: I begin to tell this story on my web site at www.geocities.com/publiusone/webpages/bombsitebulletinpage/poorjustice/poorjustice.html but no one ever looks at this so I begin considering other options.
